The Blair County Christian Bobcats will head out on the road to face off against Centre County Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Blair County Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 on Tuesday.
Last Tuesday, Blair County Christian beat the 49-36. The victory was just what Blair County Christian needed coming off of a 69-19 loss in their prior match.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Blair County Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Caedmon Dull, who scored 16 points along with eight rebounds and six assists. Jonathan Marucci was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with seven rebounds and two steals.
Meanwhile, Centre County Christian Academy unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They were the victim of a rough 75-53 loss at the hands of Columbia County Christian. Centre County Christian Academy has not had much luck with the recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Blair County Christian's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-4. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.0 points per game. As for Centre County Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-1.
Blair County Christian came up short against the in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, falling 45-33. Can Blair County Christian avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
