Boulder girls’ soccer: The Panthers (1-0) beat Silver Creek 4-0 Tuesday. Piper Reivich had two goals and Mia DeJohn had a goal and an assist.
Broomfield girls’ soccer: The Eagles (3-0-1) shut out Holy Family and Ralston Valley last week. Senior Marley Winston had four goals and an assist across those two games.
Dawson baseball: The Mustangs started 2-0 on the year, beating Flatirons Academy and Rocky Mountain Lutheran last week. Freshman Darren Sebek has homered and doubled in six at-bats.
Erie boys’ lacrosse: The 4A runner-up Tigers (2-0) beat Dakota Ridge 15-8 a week ago. Charlie O’Brien and Liam Connors each had five goals and three assists in the win.
Erie boys’ track and field: The Tigers won the nine-team St. Vrain District Meet Monday. Among individual winners, Jackson Cowgill won shot put (50 feet, 6 inches), while Mason won discus (150-9). Both Cowgill brothers are playing football in college, with Jackson committed to Washington State and Mason the University of South Dakota.
Fairview girls’ lacrosse: The Knights won their opener Tuesday, beating Green Mountain 19-9 on the back of four goals and an assist from senior Finnley Dancy.
Holy Family baseball: The Tigers (2-0) beat Thompson Valley and Conifer by the state’s 10-run mercy rule last week. Junior Logan Seifarth is 5 of 7 with three RBIs and a homer through two games.
Mead girls’ lacrosse: The 4A defending champ Mavericks (1-0) won their opener, beating Castle View 17-6 in a title game rematch. Junior Lucy Connors scored six times.
Niwot girls’ track and field: The Cougars won the St. Vrain District Meet Monday. Among the wins, Louisville-commit Olivia Alessandrini won the 1,600-meter race in 5:07.65, the eighth-fastest time in the state this season.
Prospect Ridge girls’ golf: The Miners won the Metro League tournament at Lone Tree Golf Club and Hotel Tuesday. Junior Hope Torres won individually, shooting 6-over-par 78.

Abigail Bjerkaas, Erie girls’ track and field: The freshman won the 100-meter hurdles (16.78 seconds) and the 200 (27.05) at the St. Vrain District Meet Monday. She finished second in the long jump (15 feet, 10 ½ inches) and was part of the team’s second-place sprint medley (1:58.05).
Rylan Carahasen, Jefferson Academy boys’ lacrosse: The freshman stopped 20 shots in a 7-2 win over Prairie View Tuesday. It was the program’s first win since April 1, 2023.
Eddie Castilleja, Peak to Peak baseball: Across wins over Estes Park and Bennett last week, the senior went 4 of 6 with three homers and seven RBIs.
The “Ellas” (Ella Augustaitus and Ella Pears), Longmont girls’ track and field: The “Ellas” combined to lead the Trojans to wins in five events at the nine-team St. Vrain District Meet Monday. Augustaitus won discus (121 feet, 7 inches) and shot put (35-1.50), while Pears won the long jump (16-0.50) and triple jump (36-3). Pears was also part of the winning 800 sprint medley (1:55.54).
Doug Holleman, Boulder baseball: The senior opened the season with a four-inning no-hitter in a 16-1 win over Westminster Tuesday. He struck out seven and walked three.
Ryder Keeton, Niwot boys’ track and field: The sophomore won the 1,600-meter run (4 minutes, 29.82 seconds) and the 800 (2:02.88) at the nine-team St. Vrain District Meet Monday.
DK Nakashima, Legacy boys’ swimming: The junior won the 200 IM in 1 minute and 54.19 seconds at the Dick Rush Memorial High School Coaches Invite Saturday. That is currently the top time in the state.
Lucy Ochs (and Malia Schelin), Fairview girls’ soccer: Ochs had three goals and an assist in the Knights’ 8-0 opening win over Douglas County Tuesday. Schelin also had a hat trick.
Wesley Schlachter, Fairview boys’ swimming: The junior won the 200-yard freestyle in a dual win against Horizon and at the Dick Rush Memorial High School Coaches Invite last week. His time of 1 minute and 42.85 seconds is second-best in the state, only behind Monarch junior Gavin Keogh (1:40.93).
Zack Young (and Zak White, Zach Holshey), Centaurus baseball: Zack, Zak and Zach were all great in the Warriors’ 5-0 opening win over Pomona Tuesday. Young allowed one hit in four innings, striking out six. White allowed no hits in three frames, fanning six, and Holshey had a pair of hits.
