It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Tri can now relate to. They were outmatched by the South Adams Starfires and fell 49-14. The Titans' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

When it comes to explaining why Tri lost on Friday, don't look at Isaiah Dewitt. Despite the final result, he rushed for 111 yards and one score.

Tri's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for South Adams, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.
