Rylee Turner was dynamite on Friday, striking out eight batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off five hits. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her sixth in a row with five or more strikeouts. For the season, she has an ERA of 2.02 over 62.1 innings pitched.

Coming up, Turner and Spruce Mountain will head out on the road to face off against Lisbon at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Phoenix are a perfect 5-0 against the Greyhounds going back to May of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
