The Temple Christian Academy Warriors had already won nine in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.2 points), and they went ahead and made it ten on Friday. Everything went their way against Westgate Christian as Temple Christian Academy made off with a 72-48 victory. With Temple Christian Academy ahead 41-19 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Temple Christian Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Ethan Moses out in front who scored 28 points along with six rebounds and three blocks. Moses hasn't dropped below 15points for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeramy Trangmar, who scored 20 points along with six assists.
Temple Christian Academy pushed their record up to 15-3 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.8 points per game. As for Westgate Christian, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Temple Christian Academy will take on Barnes Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westgate Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Lake Pointe Academy at 7:30 p.m.
