The Hubbard Greyhounds will head out on the road to square off against the Catalyst-Maria Wolves at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hubbard is hoping to put an end to an eight-game streak of away losses.
Hubbard pushed their score all the way to 57 on Thursday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 65-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of Kennedy. Hubbard has not had much luck with Kennedy recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Catalyst-Maria suffered their biggest defeat since December 13, 2023 two weeks ago. They were dealt a 71-37 defeat at the hands of King. Catalyst-Maria has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Hubbard has been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season. As for Catalyst-Maria, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-13.
Hubbard was able to grind out a solid win over Catalyst-Maria in their previous meeting back in November of 2023, winning 38-28. Will Hubbard repeat their success, or does Catalyst-Maria have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
