Cumberland is 8-1 against Barron since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Beavers will be playing at home against the Golden Bears at 5:00 p.m.
Cumberland fell victim to Northwestern and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 9-0. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Beavers were not able to get on the board.

Kailynn Duncan made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out ten batters over 4.2 innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four runs, two triples, and three RBI.
