The Chiefs expanded their lead to 33 points entering the fourth quarter. Tylertown's
lone score in the quarter came on a touchdown run by Holmes.
Slocum was the best player for THS in the game.
The senior wingback
ran for one touchdown.
He has now scored two touchdowns on the season.
The Chiefs entered the contest giving up only 17.5 points per game.
The Bulldogs came in giving up 3.5 points per game this season.
Franklin County struggled against Tylertown's offense, which entered the game
scoring 54.0 points per game. The victory is a complete turnaround from last
season's game between these two teams, which FC took, 47-0. The Meadville school's
lone touchdown came on a 46-yard pass in the first quarter.
With the win THS extended its winning streak to three games. The loss snapped
the Bulldogs's 2-game winning streak.
