You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely the Pueblo Warriors's strategy against the Flowing Wells Caballeros on Wednesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Pueblo blew the Caballeros out of the water with a 55-18 final score. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Pueblo has managed all season.
Jorge Franco was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Silverio Rivera, who scored nine points along with five assists and four steals.
Pueblo's win ended a 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 6-20. As for Flowing Wells, they are on a 21-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-21.
Pueblo does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Flowing Wells also has no future games currently scheduled.
