Crescenta Valley added to the longest winning streak in Pacific this week by beating Pasadena, 43-18. The victory was the fourth in a row for the team.
The Bulldogs scaled the state rankings by moving to 841 from 879 this week, the biggest jump in the league. Pasadena was able to move up by falling to Crescenta Valley 43-18.
Brian Gadsby threw for 273 yards and 5 touchdowns.
Gadsby put up the best numbers in passing as Paul Schilling's team topped douglas bledsoe's team. Gadsby's favorite target this week was Jordan Lobianco, who caught 3 passes for 102 yards.
The Falcons' Gadsby and Chase Walker led the league in both passing and receiving yards. Gadsby has thrown for 1,017 yards this season, while Walker, a 6-foot-1 receiver, has 15 catches for 253 yards. Burbank's James Williams leads the league in rushing yards with 359.
An important game coming up in Pacific this week will be when Crescenta Valley takes on Burroughs. The Falcons are currently in first, while the Indians are in sixth.
The Bulldogs took down Arcadia 51-14 last week, the largest margin of any game. Ryan Meredith threw for 186 yards and 4 touchdowns in the win.
