The Eisenhower Eagles suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Tuesday. They took a serious blow against Rialto, falling 65-12. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Eisenhower has scored all season.
Camiya Horton was Eisenhower's leading scorer, having posted five points.
Carrington Davis was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 32 points and 15 rebounds for Rialto. That makes it 11 consecutive games in which Davis has scored at least a third of Rialto's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Destiny Rabino, who scored 15 points along with two steals.
Eisenhower's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-9. As for Rialto, their victory bumped their record up to 22-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eisenhower will square off against San Gorgonio at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rialto, they will head out on the road to square off against Bloomington at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Bloomington will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 867th, while Rialto is ranked 80th).
