The Berea Pirates lost against the Madison Central Indians back in November of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Berea fell to the Indians 43-37.
Madison Central's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Nataya Strader, who scored 11 points along with four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Cameryn Ridderikhoff, who scored ten points along with two steals.
Berea's loss dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Madison Central, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-9.
Berea will stay at home for another game and welcome the Cardinals at 11:00 a.m. on February 3rd. Wayne County is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak. As for Madison Central, they will head out on the road to take on the Bluejackets at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
