The Liberty Christian Warriors will venture away from home to face off against the Parish Episcopal Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Liberty Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 31 points or more in their past five matchups -- so hopefully Parish Episcopal likes a good challenge.
On Friday, Liberty Christian didn't have too much trouble with Prestonwood Christian as they won 38-24. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Liberty Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Quinn Murphy, who threw for 339 yards and four TDs. Those 339 passing yards gave Murphy a new career-high. Graham Nixon also helped out with an impressive 158 receiving yards.
On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Liberty Christian's defense and their three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Cooper Witten, Ndi Etta, and Cade Violi, who each picked up one sack apiece. Liberty Christian got some further help from Witten: he picked up a sack, made 15 total tackles (2.0 for loss), and defended two passes.
Meanwhile, Parish Episcopal humbled Trinity Christian with a 55-14 victory. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 48-7.
Parish Episcopal's win came from a few key players Liberty Christian will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Jaxon McKinney, who rushed for 121 yards and one score on only five carries. Marcus Hanish also helped out as he racked up 101 rushing yards.
Parish Episcopal was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 339 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
Liberty Christian's record is now 4-2. As for Parish Episcopal, their record now sits at 6-1.
We should be in store for an exciting game as the two teams have no problem gaining yardage. Liberty Christian has been on an offensive roll this season, having averaged 350 total yards per game. However, it's not like Parish Episcopal struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 393.9 total yards. With a pair of commanding offenses duking it out, the defenses are going to have their work cut out for them.
Everything went Liberty Christian's way against Parish Episcopal when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as Liberty Christian made off with a 45-24 win. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
