The Red Lake Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 28 points or more this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat Fond du Lac Ojibwe O 93-48 at home. That looming 93-48 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Red Lake yet this season.
Gerald Kingbird jr continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, shooting 6-for-11 from beyond the arc and dropping a double-double on 38 points and 11 rebounds. That makes it five consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Red Lake's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyrone Beaulieu Jr, who scored 18 points along with eight rebounds and five assists.
Red Lake's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-1. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 36.33 points. As for Fond du Lac Ojibwe O, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Red Lake will head out on the road to face off against Nevis at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Fond du Lac Ojibwe O is on the road again on Thursday and play against Ogilvie at 7:00 p.m. on December 21st.
