With a playoff win on the line, Morton rose to the challenge on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Thornton Fractional North Meteors as they made off with a 35-10 win. Considering the Potters have won five matchups by more than 24 points this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Morton is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 38.0 points over those games. As for Thornton Fractional North, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-4 record.
