Troy Ieremia posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Saturday. He rushed for 90 yards on only five carries. He has become a key player for Lincoln: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least 80 rushing yards, but 1-6 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Ieremia and Lincoln are taking a road trip to face off against Washington at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Mustangs are 9-1 against the Eagles going back to October of 2017, a lead they'll look to extend.
