Community School of Naples is a perfect 10-0 against First Baptist Academy since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Community School of Naples Seahawks will host the First Baptist Academy Lions at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Community School of Naples' pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 15-0 margin over IMG Academy White. With that victory, the Seahawks brought their scoring average up to 6.7 runs per game.

Ryder Brown made a splash no matter where he played. He struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits (and not a single walk). The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in strikeouts. He was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-5. He also hit a double, marking his first of the season.
In other pitching news, Hudson Switken and Brayden Pepper dominated on the mound. Switken pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits, while Pepper tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Switken has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive appearances.
Back at the plate, Community School of Naples got a massive performance out of Nick Renteria, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI. That triple was Renteria's first of the season. Another player making a difference was Cutter Smith, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.
Community School of Naples hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as IMG Academy White struck out nine times.
Meanwhile, First Baptist Academy entered their tilt with Northridge on Monday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Knights with a sharp 13-3 win.
First Baptist Academy's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Community School of Naples, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-5.
Everything went Community School of Naples' way against First Baptist Academy in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, as Community School of Naples made off with a 19-3 victory.
