They took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 66-22 win over KIPP College Prep. Winning may never get old, but Friendship Tech Prep Academy sure is getting used to it with their seventh in a row.
Malik Shackleford continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 24 points along with three steals. His trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. The team also got some help courtesy of Daniel Bumpass, who scored 12 points along with four steals.
KIPP College Prep's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Mikah Prescott-Bell, who scored four points, and AJ Jackson who scored three points along with five rebounds.
Friendship Tech Prep Academy pushed their record up to 13-4 with that win, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.3 points per game. As for KIPP College Prep, they now have a losing record at 8-9.

As for KIPP College Prep, they will head out on the road to challenge Friendship Collegiate Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in District of Columbia (Friendship Collegiate Academy is ranked 22nd, while KIPP College Prep is ranked 20th).
