Despite the defeat, Wallace had strong showings from Matt Lungrin, who scored 17 points, and Max Hanson, who scored 14 points along with 5 rebounds. Lungrin scored a full 43.6% of Wallace's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Sandhills/Thedford's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Wallace, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
