Valor Christian's leading scorer did his thing again on Saturday. Cole Scherer went 15 of 21 en route to 33 points along with eight assists and eight rebounds. The performance marked the most assists he has had since back in December of 2023. His afternoon made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 18 points.

Coming up, Scherer and Valor Christian will be playing at home against Ralston Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Scherer will face off against Tanner Braketa, the Mustangs' star point guard.
