Kade Boen Dazzles in Lamar Win
Starting off the list is Lamar's Kade Boen, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Boen threw for 151 yards and four touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
Lamar moved to 3-3 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. Boen and Lamar will take on Dardanelle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Peters Made His Presence Known in Mena's 35-18 Win
Brody Peters's big game helped extend Mena's winning streak to six on Friday. Ozark had no answer to Peters as he rushed for 130 yards and two touchdowns. Peters' rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 125 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Mena pushed their record up to 6-0 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Peters and Mena will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Dover at 7:00 p.m. on October 25th.

Another Game with at Least 110 Rushing Yards from Koby Wilbanks
Koby Wilbanks continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his fourth-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least 110 rushing yards. He rushed for 147 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.6 yards per carry. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 66 yards.
Ozark's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-3. Wilbanks and Ozark will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Dardanelle at 7:00 p.m. on October 25th.

Mena Wins Sixth-Straight Thanks to Jair Hernandez
Jair Hernandez was instrumental in extending Mena's winning streak to six on Friday. Ozark had no answer to Hernandez as he picked up 19 receiving yards.
