After a string of four wins, the Quartz Hill Royals's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They were beaten by Eastside 66-29. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Quartz Hill has scored all season.

Another player making a difference was My'arie Mcalpine, who scored three points along with ten rebounds and two steals.
Eastside's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Dominique Burnett led the charge by scoring 17 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Burnett has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Aprill Medrano, who scored 12 points.
Quartz Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Eastside, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season.
