Crofton is 1-8 against Pierce since January of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Crofton Warriors will head out on the road to face off against the Pierce Bluejays. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Nebraska (Crofton is ranked 159th, while Pierce is ranked 173rd).
On Tuesday, Crofton earned a 50-37 victory over Wakefield.
Crofton can attribute much of their success to Braxston Foxhoven, who scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Trevor Allen, who scored ten points.
Meanwhile, Pierce had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They secured a 40-34 W over West Point-Beemer on Tuesday.
Crofton's record now sits at 6-7. Pierce's record now sits at 5-9.
Crofton lost to Pierce on the road by a decisive 47-33 margin in their previous meeting back in January of 2023. Can Crofton avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
