The Hargrave Falcons won against the Livingston Lions last Tuesday with one goal and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Friday. Hargrave's defense stepped up to hand Livingston a 1-0 shutout. That's two games straight that Hargrave has won by exactly one goal.
Hargrave is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-6-3 record this season. As for Livingston, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4-2.
Hargrave will head out on the road to challenge West Fork at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hargrave's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for Livingston, they will play host again and welcome Anahuac, where kickoff is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Anahuac is coming into the contest with four straight losses on the road, meaning Livingston will have to defend against a squad hungry for a win.
