North Fort Myers and Fort Myers are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2021, but likely not for long. The Red Knights will square off against the Green Wave at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Fort Myers will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: North Fort Myers extended their winning streak to three on Tuesday. The Red Knights blew past Mariner 7-1.

Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Thursday. North Fort Myers hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.4 home runs per game. However, it's not like Fort Myers struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 0.5 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
North Fort Myers skirted past Fort Myers 8-7 when the teams last played back in March. Do the Red Knights have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Green Wave turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
