The Tome Titans lost to the Aquinas Academy Crusaders back in January of 2020, but the Tome Titans didn't allow the Aquinas Academy Crusaders the same satisfaction on Friday. Tome came out on top against Aquinas Academy by a score of 51-38. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Tome.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Tome to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ethan Griffith, who scored 15 points. Another player making a difference was Herold Beljour Jr., who scored 16 points.
Tome's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Aquinas Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Tome will be playing at home against Providence Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Aquinas Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on West Nottingham at 5:30 p.m. on December 11th.
