On Friday Brookings-Harbor take on Lakeview at 7:00 PM. Brookings-Harbor will be strutting in after a victory while Lakeview will be stumbling in from a defeat.
Their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Brookings-Harbor, but their most recent match may have softened the blow. They made easy work of Rogue River last week and carried off a 29-0 win. Brookings-Harbor were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Lakeview lost to Nyssa, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 0-41. This makes it the second loss in a row for Lakeview.
Lakeview's defeat took them down to 0-2 while Brookings-Harbor's win pulled them up to 2-1. We'll see if Lakeview can steal Brookings-Harbor's luck or if Brookings-Harbor records another win instead.
