The Bordentown Scotties's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They fell just short of Middletown North by a score of 48-45. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Bordentown has scored all season.
Despite the loss, Bordentown still got an impressive performance from Eunmin Choi, who scored ten points along with seven steals. Those seven steals set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Max Martin, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds.
Bordentown's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Middletown North, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.
Bordentown will be playing in front of their home fans against Northern Burlington at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Northern Burlington is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak. As for Middletown North, they will head out on the road to face off against Matawan Regional at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
