Kameron Carroll of Santa Clarita Christian ran for the longest rushing play in San Joaquin this season against Chadwick last week. Carroll's team fell to the Dolphins as he sprinted for 66 yards on the play and finished with 66 in all.
Fans got a thrill when Jonathan Saavedra and Jacob Nogle connected against Chadwick. The connection was good for 53 yards, the longest such play in the league this season.
Jake Markum put up the best numbers in passing as Saddleback Valley Christian defeated Firebaugh. He finished with 12 completions for 166 yards and 3 touchdowns. Markum's favorite target this week was Charlie Morris, who caught 5 passes for 74 yards.
Nogle was the best receiver in the league this week as Santa Clarita Christian fell to Gary Willison's team. Nogle tallied 3 receptions for 86 yards. Brody DeRevere helped Santa Clarita Christian's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 14 yards.
Sam Sukut was the most successful running back in San Joaquin this week. In 8 carries, he ran for 165 yards as Capistrano Valley Christian fell to the Dolphins. Teammate Jacob Carreon added to the ground attack by rushing for 19 yards.
