Garces Memorial hasn't had much luck against Liberty recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Rams will head out to take on the Patriots at 7:30 p.m. Garces Memorial is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 30.2 points per game this season.
Garces Memorial is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 48 points last Friday, they were much more limited against Frontier on Friday. The contest between the Rams and the Titans didn't end well, with the Rams falling 27-13. The game marked the Rams' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Garces Memorial didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Isaiah Flores and Isaiah Lefotu. Flores also set a new season-high mark in total tackles with nine.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Liberty). They breezed past Centennial to the tune of 49-20 on Thursday. The Patriots not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since October 24, 2024 (when they won 51-9).
Garces Memorial better keep an eye on Elmo Whitten. He was instrumental in Liberty's win, rushing for 110 yards and two scores on only ten carries. Whitten's longest rush was for an impressive 52 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Another player making a difference was Brogan Witcher, who threw for 144 yards and one touchdown while completing 75% of his passes.
Liberty was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 365 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since the start of last season.
Special teams was a major factor in the game for Liberty, racking up 11 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Brandon Thrasher, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.
Garces Memorial's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 6-2. As for Liberty, their record now sits at 2-6.
Garces Memorial took a serious blow against Liberty when the teams last played back in October of 2024, falling 51-9. Can the Rams avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
