STORYLINES• Narbonne enters 2018 as one of the most talented teams in California. Coach Douglas has done a great job during his tenure with the Gauchos, leading them to seven City Section championships in the past 10 seasons and two CIF state titles. They will have a good shot this season at their third since 2015.
• Keep an eye on sophomore signal-caller Garcia, one of the most talented QBs in the country. He has a bunch of weapons and the Gauchos also have other legit quarterbacks, so they're all going to push each other to be better.
• Narbonne's schedule is tough, starting with an early season trip to Hawaii to face off against No. 12 St. Louis.
