Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Gateway Charter's offense. They had to suffer through a 42-0 loss at the hands of Westminster Christian. The shutout was out of character for the Griffins seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in September.
Gateway Charter dropped their record down to 3-7 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Santa Fe Catholic, their win bumped their record up to 8-2.
