Everything went their way against Loudoun County HomeSchool as James River HomeSchool made off with a 77-55 victory. James River HomeSchool has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 22 points or more this season.
James River HomeSchool's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Samuel Mitchell, who scored 19 points along with five assists and four steals. Mitchell also posted two+ blocks for the first time this season. Matthew Thomas was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with five assists and five rebounds.
The win makes it two in a row for James River HomeSchool and bumps their season record up to 8-6. As for Loudoun County HomeSchool, they have fallen quite a ways from their 19-8 record last season and are now at 3-8.
James River HomeSchool will be playing in front of their home fans against Guardian Christian Academy at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Loudoun County HomeSchool, they will head out on the road to take on James River HomeSchool at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
