D2 District 6 (8 Man) recap Oct. 30, 2012
Lawrence-Nelson and Osmond played the most hotly contested game in D2 District 6 (8 Man) this week, with Lawrence-Nelson eventually emerging with a 28-26 victory.
Kenesaw took down Hayes Center 62-21 last week, the largest margin of any game. Austin Schnitzler ran for 119 yards in the win.
On the ground, Shelton's Luke Glenn has rushed for 1288 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Jacob Jelden. The Axtell star has 19 catches for 472 yards.
Preston Schnitzler of the the Blue Devils is only 54 yards short of surpassing 1,000 rushing yards for the season. Schnitzler has rushed for 946 yards on 115 carries so far this year.
Kenesaw led the league in scoring this week after putting up 62 points on the Cardinals. Schnitzler in the win.
