Everything went their way against the Meadowbrook Academy Mustangs as the First Academy Eagles made off with a 15-4 win. The victory was just what First Academy needed coming off of a 17-1 loss in their prior game.
Madi Myers made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over five innings while giving up four earned runs off seven hits. Myers was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while going 1-for-3.

As for Meadowbrook Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Riverside Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Riverside Christian will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Meadowbrook Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
