Wickenburg Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Evan Gustin led the charge by scoring ten points along with five assists and five rebounds. Gustin is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. Isaac Matney was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Wickenburg Christian Academy pushed their record up to 8-1 with that victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.0 points per game. As for Orme, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.
Wickenburg Christian Academy will be playing at home against Telesis Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Telesis Prep is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak. As for Orme, they will head out on the road to take on Verde Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
