Lincoln put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Varsity Opponent a 19-0 shutout. 19 seems to be a good number for the Trojans as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.
Lailanee Jocson made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI. Those three hits gave her a new career-high.
In other pitching news, Harllo Willis looked comfortable as she pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.
Back at the plate, Lincoln got a massive performance out of Nicole Domingo, who went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, three runs, and one triple.
