The Dansville Aggies suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Thursday. They suffered a rough 56-33 loss at the hands of St. Patrick. While losing is never fun, Dansville can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 142nd, while St. Patrick is ranked 49th).
Dansville's loss came despite strong showings from megan zeitz and Ryker Graf. zeitz scored ten points along with seven rebounds and six steals, while Graf scored ten points along with seven rebounds. Zeitz is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season.
Dansville's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for St. Patrick, they pushed their record up to 7-2 with that victory, which was their 11th straight at home.
Dansville will take on Webberville at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Patrick, they will head out on the road to face off against Saranac at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Saranac comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 21 points in their last three games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse.
