The Parkway South Patriots's homestand continues as they prepare to take on the Lindbergh Flyers at 6:00 p.m. on February 13th. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Friday, Parkway South took a serious blow against McCluer North, falling 57-19. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Parkway South has scored all season.
Parkway South's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Ryan Shanfeld, who scored four points, and Jacob Sidwell who scored two points.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Parkway South struggled to work together and finished the game with only three assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Lindbergh pushed their score all the way to 57 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell just short of Ladue Horton Watkins by a score of 60-57.
Parkway South has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season. As for Lindbergh, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-4.
