Sanger West has gone a perfect 3-0 against Madera recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Hornets will face off against the Coyotes at 6:00 p.m. Madera took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Sanger West, who comes in off a win.
Sanger West was handed a three-set defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out Edison 3-2.
Sanger West took Edison into a fifth set where they got it done with a eight-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 21-25, 20-25, 25-15, 15-7.

They weren't the only good servers: Sanger West was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 23 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Madera was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against Hoover, falling 3-0.
While Madera was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Hoover's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-15, 25-17.
Madera's defeat dropped their record down to 6-26. As for Sanger West, their victory bumped their record up to 20-16.
Sanger West was able to grind out a solid win over Madera in their previous meeting last Thursday, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hornets since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
