Sami Baum and Laurel Schwensen were among the main playmakers for Northeast Kansas Nighthawks HomeSchool as the former scored 15 points and the latter scored 18 points. Allie Sifford was another key contributor, scoring eight points.

They blew past Shawnee Mission Christian, posting a 53-16 victory at home. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Cornerstone Family has managed all season.
Cornerstone Family's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Lexi Culberth, who scored 11 points along with eight steals, and Kaylee Heinen, who scored 26 points along with three steals. Heinen hasn't dropped below two steals for nine straight games. Another player making a difference was Liz Brown, who scored eight points along with five rebounds.
Northeast Kansas Nighthawks HomeSchool is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. As for Cornerstone Family, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-6.
Everything went Northeast Kansas Nighthawks HomeSchool's way against the Saints when the teams last played back in February of 2023 as the Nighthawks made off with a 45-19 victory.
