Chloe Dubuisson paced Canton's offense, picking up ten kills. Dubuisson got some help from Erin Bigham and her 25 assists. Melanie McDonough controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
Despite the loss, Masconomet Regional had strong showings from Nora Sterner, who had seven digs and five aces, and Lidia Benedetto, who had 11 digs. Sterner is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last six games she's played.
Canton's win bumped their record up to 15-6. As for Masconomet Regional, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-9.
Canton has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Wakefield Memorial on the 5th. Masconomet Regional does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
