Despite the loss, Chiawana still got an impressive performance from Malia Ruud, who scored 28 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. The match was Ruud's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Kaia Foster was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with nine rebounds.
