Kade Boen Dazzles in Lamar Win
Starting off the list is Lamar's Kade Boen, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Boen threw for 151 yards and four touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
With the victory, Lamar broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-3. Boen and Lamar will take on Dardanelle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Mena Gets a Boost from Peters in 35-18 Victory
Mena picked up their sixth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Brody Peters. Peters turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 130 yards and two touchdowns. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 125 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Mena's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-0. Peters' next matchup is against Waldron on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid performance.

Another Game with at Least 110 Rushing Yards from Koby Wilbanks
Koby Wilbanks continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his fourth-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least 110 rushing yards. He rushed for 147 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.6 yards per carry. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 66 yards.
Ozark's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-3. Wilbanks and Ozark will head out on the road to face off against Pottsville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Mena Wins Sixth-Straight Thanks to Jair Hernandez
Jair Hernandez was instrumental in extending Mena's winning streak to six on Friday. Hernandez turned in nothing short of a gem, picking up 19 receiving yards.
For the year, Hernandez has averaged 46.8 receiving yards per game.
