The biggest upset of the week belonged to Flowers, who took down 59th ranked Flowers, 32-6.
Wise extended the longest winning streak in Prince George's County 4A this week by beating Laurel, 60-0. This was the team's eighth consecutive win.
Wise's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Isaiah Black threw for 109 and three touchdowns and Joel Thomas had 59 yards receiving. On the ground Chase Powell chipped in 280 yards. Kenneth Scott-kelow helped Wise's passing attack out by catching one ball for 34 yards.
Northwestern's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Wildcats feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jovantae Seard has thrown for 563 yards and four touchdowns this season, while John Johnson has 15 catches for 204 yards. Darius Victor leads the league in rushing with 1343 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when DaLawn Parrish's team takes on the Jaguars. As it stands, the Pumas are in first, while Flowers is in sixth.
Wise took down the Spartans 60-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Black ran for 89 yards in the win.
