The San Simon Longhorns's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their 11th straight loss. They were beaten by Duncan 50-17. San Simon has struggled against the Wildkats recently, as their game on Monday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
Duncan got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Camille Miller out in front who scored ten points. Emily Kempton was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
San Simon's loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Duncan, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-8.
San Simon will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against the Sentinels at 5:30 p.m. Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 24 points in their last 14 games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse. Duncan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
