After three games on the road, Rushville is heading back home. They will finish 2023 at home by hosting the Union County Patriots at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Despite their defeat, Rushville saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Nick Jarman, who scored nine points along with six rebounds, was perhaps the best of all. Those six rebounds set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Chase Woolf, who scored four points.
Meanwhile, Union County came up short against Seton Catholic on Friday and fell 44-33.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from Mason Stewart, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds. Those 12 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Logan Boone, who scored nine points.
Rushville's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Union County, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
