After a string of 13 wins, St. Charles North's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell just short of the Fremd Vikings by a score of 29-26.
Several North Stars players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kaelie Tomalak, who picked up 96 receiving yards and one touchdown, and also rushed for 52 yards and one TD on only five carries.
