Johnathan Schroeder Delivers Best Performance of Season
Johnathan Schroeder produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Oxford to the win on Friday. Schroeder rushed for 188 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 7.8 yards per carry, and also threw for 155 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
The victory (which was Oxford's fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1. Schroeder will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant performance when he faces off against Udall on Friday.

Cordell Jordan Goes Supernova in Oxford Win
Another Oxford player making an appearance on this list is Cordell Jordan. He rushed for 133 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 64 receiving yards and a touchdown.
If history really does repeat itself, Jordan might just drop another big game when he faces off against Udall on Friday. Jordan rushed for 106 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries the last time he and the Eagles duked it out back in October of 2023.

While Friday's win was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Cooper Criss. He turned in nothing short of a gem on Friday, throwing for 157 yards and four touchdowns, while also catching a touchdown.
