On Friday, Heppner put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season. They blew past Grant Union 47-14. The victory was familiar territory for Heppner, who now have six in a row.
Heppner's win brought them up to 6-2. The loss dropped Grant Union back to even at 4-4.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Heppner will take on Stanfield at 7:00 PM. These teams both have set a high bar for this game after stand-out offensive performances in their previous contests. As for Grant Union, they will go up against Weston-McEwen.
